Spring is here!!! Finally! Well here in Colorado that doesn’t mean anything… it might just snow in May.. who knows..

However, I have been trying to prepare my body and mind for the warmer season and here are my favorites so far this spring!!

Let’s rock n’ roll..

Numero uno.. Dream Fresh BB cream from Maybelline. I have been having a love/hate relationship with this product as I have purchased it last year about the same time and did not like how it felt by the end of the day… It felt sticky and basically was melting off my skin… BUT this year, I have purchased it once again (thanks to many youtube bloggers bragging about it) and gave it a try. AND I LOVED IT! Maybe my skin has changed or it was some good marketing skills through those youtube girls but it definitely made it to my spring favorites list!! It feels fresh and light on my skin, minimizes some blotchiness and just gives that no make up look with totally better looking skin!! IN LOVE!

#2. Another product from the Maybelline brand.. The Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circles Concealer+Treatment. Same story as with the BB cream. Bought it last year.. Did not like it. Bought it this year.. loved it!! I think the issue with the first time purchase was that I was not used to apply anything under my eyes and dabbed it with my fingers until it basically was not there.. kind of defeats it’s purpose… Now this time around it works so perfectly!! I have been sleeping badly lately (thanks school and work) so this covers my circles nicely and doesn’t cake up by the end of the day!! Cheap and works!! Can’t beat that!!

#3. Clinique Moisture Surge Intense have been saving my skin from shriveling up and dying.. This gel moisturizer was my favorite a few years back and I still love it today! I just love how it feels on my skin after applying it.. It gives that bouncy and lovely skin look… AND it is perfect for applying under the makeup as it dries within seconds and smoothes out the skin!

#4. Vasanti BrightenUp! Enzymatic Face Rejuvenator.. OMG, so I got to sample this lovely product through my March Birchbox.  It is the best scrub/skin cleanser I have ever used. The grainy texture of it is perfect to scrub off those dead skin cells and let your skin breathe the fresh spring air!! You only suppose to use it 3-5 times a week!! No more than that..

#5. EOS Visibly Soft Lip Balm (Vanilla Mint). I’m slightly obsessed with lip balms and always on the lookout for new ones that are yummy and do their job! I have been enjoying this one for quite a bit now. It makes my lips soft and I use it before applying any kind of lipstick/gloss to keep my lips kissable!! No one likes dry and scratchy lips… Plus the packaging is very handy…ladies you will know what I’m talking about (the always opened chapsticks in your bag… ummm gross). This one stays closed…

#6. With spring comes bright colors… I have been in love with this lime-green nail polish, Essie-The More the Merrier. It looks so good on my nails… a little a bit of spring time on my toes… a little bit of spring time on my hands… haha Definitely a color you want to have in your nail polish collection.

#7. Tracy Reese Eau De Parfum has been my favorite lately. I ran out of my previous favorite for years last month… I am very picky about fragrances as some of them smell like candy or too musky.. this one is absolutely my second favorite!! It is very feminine and soft with a little touch of musk. It stays on for quite a long time! I usually spray it on my inner wrists, neck, and hair. Perfect for spring!

#8. So my sweet fiancé surprised me by giving me my dream watch, Daniel Wellington Classic Sheffield Lady. The watch has a black leather strap that is comfortable to wear and a silver case. This combination is my favorite as it allows me to wear it with numerous outfits and can look super classy or be more funky if worn with some cool bracelets. It is definitely a watch that will be with me for a long time!!! It is so thin also!!

#9. I go to Starbucks at least once a week… I love how I can do my homework there and just enjoy their refreshing drinks! My favorite this spring is Cool Lime Refresher drink. It is slightly sweet and oh so thirst quenching. Not to mention it is only 50 calories per 16oz. YUM!!
