The goal of this project was to design a NYC loft for a middle age couple that just moved from Copenhagen, Denmark. The loft plan is located near the High Line Park.

The culture of the Danish people and the Nyhavn canal architecture, heavily drove the concept and design of the loft– the long kitchen, small nooks throughout, and the mixture of old and new.
