Last night I bought a new pan, crêpe pan. I made some crêpes for dinner’s dessert. They were delicious!!! This morning I was thinking of making crêpes again, but remembered how much work it was and got a bit lazy so made a Russian version of buttermilk mini pancakes… without the buttermilk..
